thinksound guarantees their products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from a thinksound authorized dealer, unless otherwise noted. thinksound will repair or replace the product at no charge. After one (1) year, you are responsible for the repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover shipping, removal, installation or any other related costs.
This warranty does not cover acts of god, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidents, misuse, commercial use, any modifications to the product, improper connection, improper use, purchase from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone other than thinksound.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized resellers, products sold as-is, display models, open box, second hand, or any other times in which the product may have been opened or used.
This warranty is also void if it is damaged by a product that it was used with such as battery leak or electrical fault of a connecting product.
Proof of purchase is required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt, bill of sale, with the model of the product and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
thinksound is not responsible to repair or replace the product if in violation of this warranty. Some states may have other restrictions on warranties. Please check the state of purchase for their specific warranty laws that may result in the change of this warranty. The state may give you specific rights not explained in this warranty.
In the event that you need warranty service on your headphones or are not satisfied with your purchase, please email hello[at]thinksound.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. All returns must include an RA number written on the front of the shipping box. We are not responsible for items returned without obtaining an RA number prior to shipping.
Products purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. The package must be unopened and without any visible damage. To be eligible for a refund from thinksound the product must have been purchased directly from thinksound.
For products purchased through other retailers you must contact that retailer.
Refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible to pay for shipping to return the merchandise.
If the product you received is defective from thinksound or when purchased through any other authorized dealer; you may request an exchange under our warranty policy.
Timbre Sound LLC, dba thinksound, is not responsible for losses incurred during shipping. We suggest that customers use a shipping method that includes tracking, so they can track the departure and arrival of their shipment.
